MAKE IT OFFICIAL
Once you've chosen the collection that fits your day, you'll sign your agreement and pay the retainer to officially reserve your date.
Then the fun part starts.

ENJOY YOUR WEDDING
By the time the wedding day gets here, the planning is done.
I'll step in and direct when necessary, fix the veil, find the good light and keep us moving when we're on a timeline.
And when something real is unfolding?
I'll get out of the way and photograph it.
You get to celebrate. I'll make sure you remember it.

PLAN WITHOUT THE STRESS
As your wedding gets closer, I'll help you build a photography timeline that leaves enough time for beautiful photographs without taking you away from your wedding all day.
We'll talk through family photographs, important details, meaningful relationships and anything you don't want me to miss.
I’ll also work alongside your planner and vendor team so we're all on the same page before the wedding arrives.

Shortly after your wedding, you'll receive a preview so you don't have to wait weeks to see the first photographs from your day.
Your complete gallery will follow, filled with everything from the images you'll frame to the moments you didn't even realize I caught.

What is your shooting style?
My approach is a mix of direction and observation. During portraits, family photos and wedding-party photos, I'll step in, give you clear direction and keep things moving. During your ceremony, cocktail hour, dances and all those in-between moments, I'm looking for what is unfolding naturally.
You won't spend the entire day posing for me, but I also won't leave you standing in front of the camera wondering what you're supposed to do.
Do you help with our wedding timeline?
Absolutely. Once you're booked, I'll help you build a photography timeline that gives us enough time for the photos that matter without taking you away from your wedding for hours. I'll work through the logistics with you ahead of time so you can show up on your wedding day knowing what to expect—and then you can leave the timeline-watching to me.
I love delivering my client's files quickly and easily via an online gallery. I deliver about 80-100 images per hour of coverage. You will have the ability to print, share and download your images as much as you want. I believe in freely sharing my work beacuase that is what I would want if I were in your shoes.
How many images will I receive from my wedding day?
Do you travel outside of NC?
Yes! While Amanda Nicole Photography is based out of Eastern NC I love traveling all over for weddings and/or engagement sessions! Contact for travel rates.
When will my gallery be delivered?
You can expect to receive your wedding gallery 6-8 weeks post your wedding date. I love providing each couple with a sneak peek within a week after their wedding date. Engagement sessions will be delivered 3-4 weeks after your shoot.
